The conditions at this site are a bit different than most urban caches. You DO NOT have to be concerned about non-caching citizens watching your activities. Your behavior will not be considered unusual and you won't be compromising the container.
The container is a small white plastic box with a photo of the ocean headlands on the lid. There is a 14 hour window of opportunity to access this cache. And speaking of windows... outside normal business hours the container can usually be seen but not touched. GPS signals might be bouncing off the buildings but the cache name narrows the opportunity to make a fool of yourself.
You don’t have to invade anyone’s personal space to get at the container. The property owners have given approval for this placement.
NOTE: vallen2 informs us that DSL WiFi is available at the Public Library a few blocks east on Laural
street. 24/7 if you don't mind sitting on the lawn.
