The terrain is easy, I have placed a 2.0 difficulty since there is some brush to negoiate. Though there is some PO in the area, it is not dense and you can veer clear of it for the cache.
The container is a waterproof type of ID/purse. It can hold some small items.
At the time of it's hiding, the contents were:
Dice
Dinasaur
WWJD visor clip
Visa hat pin
log book
a couple of pencils
I had 2 GPS and both read within a 20ft accuracy. Both read the same coordinates.
