This cache is placed to assist all geocachers in fulfilling the August 31 Days of Geocaching Challenge.
This is a rock cache hidden along the banks of the Cedar River on River Road and the South Riverside Bike Trail. There are others in the area so if you like (?) this kind of hide, you'll have fun here. Although it is a rock cache, I have tried to make it about as easy as a rock cache can be and somewhat different and enjoyable. I believe all geocachers should be given the opportunity to log a "found" for a rock cache and this one should assist them with being able to do that. However since it is a rock cache please be careful when approaching ground zero. To find it all you have to do is look for a rock with different "markings" and there under lies the cache. A sharp eye should be able to spot it from the sidewalk.
It is a matchstick container so bring your own pen or pencil.
