The Bunker
The Cache ist not hidden at the above given Coordinates...
but there you will find a small „Gate to the Past“!
Once You're inside you'll find a huge Bunker with enough Space for Hundreds of People.
Look for the Spot of the Spoiler-Picture and you find the Cache.
Please note the attributes and the Difficulty/Terrain Settings and be aware of Muggles.
