Near the site of of a sprawling high tech company that has see it's fair share of ups and downs. Formerly known as Bell Northern Research (BNR) this site has expanded and been renamed over the years. Here's a cache that I believe is hidden in a somewhat cache free zone in Ottawa.
Lots of parking available after regular working hours, though you should be able to sneak in for a quick cache during the day. Cache access is also via bike, on Ottawa's excellent bike path network. During the summer, especially on weekends, visit the goldfish and geese hanging out in the nearby cement ponds between the buildings.
If you're looking for the cache during a regular business day, appropriate seasonal stealth is required (say, shorts, white socks and sandals for summer). Carrying your GPS, PDA, Blackberry, pager and a mobile phone will also help you blend in.
