The cache is a small lock-and-lock hidden just off the red-marked Charcoal Burners trail. It is adjacent to an overlook that provides spectacular views to the north and east. The closest trailheads are on Route 301, where the Charcoal Burners Trail crosses, and on East Mountain Rd. From the parking on East Mountain Rd — for which parking and trailhead coordinates are provided — take the Wiccopee trail east until it turns into the Charcoal Burners trail.
