Die weltweit erste Baukonstruktion mit ultrahochfestem Stahlfaserbeton wurde an der Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern erprobt und angewandt. Das Ergebnis ist der Experimentalpavillon, der am 11.05.2007 auf dem Unicampus eingeweiht wurde.
