Pocomoke River State Park provides an opportunity for visitors
to experience the wonders of a Bald Cypress swamp and the
tranquility of one of the Eastern Shore's premier tidal rivers. It
offers camping, picnicking, boat launch facilities and miles of
trails to explore.
The Trail of Change will let you explore the varied landscape of
the Park. This easy 0.7 mile trail is a loop which meanders through
upland forest and the Bald Cypress swamp. At Trailhead #1 you will
find a brochure that will identify and explain what you will
see.
This is one of the first caches permitted in this Park. It was
authorized by the Park Manager and is accessible only between
sunrise and sunset. We ask that you respect this so the cache may
remain here.
Please park at the Parking coords and do not stop along the
road.
The Trail will take you to within ten feet of the cache. Please
follow the trail and do not bushwhack.
The trail may be muddy at times.
