This location is an unnamed park that has few visitors except for the area folk it has one of the best views of the west hills from Washington Park to the Freemont bridge oh and yes if you have not found the swan dive cache yet you can plot your course from this vantage point. If you like to watch the Rose Festival ships or trains this is a good view point...
