Geocache Description:

We adopted these from BLIG some time back. The Descriptions remain much as he wrote them, with some minor edits and updated information. D/T ratings have not changed, to be fair to earlier Finders, although some of these are much easier than they were. On the logsheet is a number, which is needed to find the Solar System Tour mystery cache.

Mercury

In Roman mythology Mercury is the god of commerce, travel and thievery, the Roman counterpart of the Greek god Hermes, the messenger of the Gods.

Orbit:    57,910,000 km (0.38 AU) from Sun
Diameter: 4,880 km
Mass:     3.30e23 kg

Mercury is the closest planet to the Sun and is the eighth largest in mass. It has no known satellites.

You are looking for a camo-painted pill bottle, under a fallen branch. Use caution when reaching into places where you can't see. And be sure to avoid the poison oak growing around the main trunk, and north of it; the cache isn't in there.
