How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

We wanted to make a traditional cache here but the caretakers of this lovely place are very adamant that visitors should remain on the trails, so we have put together a virtual cache to lure you to a spot in Door County that nature lovers are sure to enjoy.

*** Be sure to visit the Wisconsin Geocaching Association website! ***

To earn the right to log this cache as a find, just email the answers to the following three questions to yawningdog@wi-geocaching.com :

    1) What bird do you see at the end of the Easternmost trail?
    2) When was the Westernmost bridge completed?
    3) What has the decaying stump given life to? (Westernmost trail)

10/06/02 - It looks like there's some work going on at the preserve that may make some of the clues unreadable. No problem, though. If you do this cache just send me the best answers that you can come up with, ok? The main thing is just to visit and enjoy this great little preserve, friends! We will update and/or modify the clues next spring. Happy Hunting!
