The Cache is NOT as the posted coordinates.
You will likely need to perform some research to solve this.
Some of you are going to find this very easy, some of you, not so much.
The counter below is counting up every second since a certain point in time. Your first task to to find the exact date and time when this counter was started. This is the hardest part of the puzzle, but not as hard as you might think.
This image might be broken going forward. If it doesn't change numbers it is broken. The puzzle is still solveable by looking at the hint. I'll try ang get this image working properly, but the new webhost is caching this a bit aggressively.
Your second task is to convert the time you've come up with based on the following examples.
12:30pm, 25 December 1987 would become 123025 121987
and
1:30pm, 25 December 1987 would become 133025 121987
Your third and final task is to take the first group of 6 numbers and add them to the following fake north coordinates below in blue. Then take the second set of 6 and add them to the west ones.
An example using the first date and time above.
N 44° 06.864 + 123025 = N 45° 29.889
W 077° 33.791 + 121987 = W 078° 55.778
