The cache is NOT located at the above coordinates. This is just a parking and starting point for locating the cache This is a very evil cache will take you to the top of the world in the area. You will be able to see all three state here, NY,NJ,PA. For the FTF there is a Signal the Frog FTF Coin for starting another cache. This is an ammo can with a lock on it.

For all the NCIS fans out there, we know we don’t want to get the Gibb’s slap upside the head. Which you could get if you don’t know his RULES!! Rules are important in life and work. To solve this puzzle, you will need to find out which rule is used in which episode. Most of these rules work well with geocaching too. Hope you enjoy.
