Geocache Description:

If it rains in the desert when no one is there, Is it really wet? This cache was created to get local family members involved in Geocaching. They will maintain this cache when needed and get fully involved at a later time.

While cruising North on the Apache Trail, which is a beautiful area to tour, here you will see some of the best sites in AZ. Along this tour is the chain of lakes (Apache, Saguaro, Canyon, and Roosevelt). Tourist attractions are Tortilla Flats overlooking Apache Lake, The Goldfield Mine, Roosevelt Dam and Bridge. It is here that we decided to place our cache. While we were descending into Fish Creek Canyon, we were surprised by a small group of monkey looking animals we later learned were called Coatimundi.
