Geocache Description:

This is a micro cache located in the Vasona Lake Park.

You will need to bring your own pen, since this cache only contains a log book.

Vasona Lake Park is a beautiful place and great for watching the birds and going for walk or bike rides along the edge of the lake. There are several picnic areas. This park is a popular place and receives a lot of visitors.

Try to retrieve the cache when muggles are not around. Please place the cache back where you found it and re-camouflage so that muggles do not find it.

Parking for the park is $6. Park hours are from 8am - Dusk.

7/18/2016:
The cache had been disabled while the construction was going on and the building removed.
I checked on the status of the area and found that the construction has been cleared away, so it is safe to visit the cache again. This area used to have a building that has been torn down, but the sign along the road still says "Ranger Station" so that may be plans to rebuild something in the near future.
