Welcome to Little Lon. 17 Casselden Place is the last remaining machine made brick cottages in a row of 6 built in the 1850’s. The area was the heart of the inner city working class community, often refered to with misleading names such as “the heart of Slumdown” These cottages where always rented to single chinese men or women including a single Chinese prostitute known as "Yokohama" (Tiecome Ah Chung) as late as the 1920s. It is also the district that was the domain of Madam Brussells. The “Queen of Harlotry” ran 8 brothels in this area for over a quarter of a century during the late 1800’s. Area is under camera's so please do not access at night and be wary of guards. Please not that cache can be located from Lonsdale St side at all hours if gate is locked.
