The decision to build Burj Khalifa is reportedly based on the government's decision to diversify from an oil-based economy to one that is service and tourism based. The building was named in honour of the ruler of Abu Dhabi and president of the United Arab Emirates, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan

To claim this cache the following is required:
1:Go to posted coordinates.
2: Have an item with your caching name showing (Piece of paper/ coffee cup / even write your cache name on your finger)
3. If you cache in a group each log claim must have a photo - it can be the same group photo, but logs without photos will be deleted.
