Bring your own pen! Nice little walk to cache. Beware of thorns or
poison ivy near GZ. This area is closed after dark. Please only
attempt this cache during daylight hours.
ATTENTION: DO NOT PARK OR ATTEMPT TO ENTER AREA ANYWHERE ELSE IN
THE NEIGHBORHOOD!

Please only park in the street here and follow the gravel path.
This is located in a residential neighborhood, please be respectful
of the nearby yards/houses.
We moved to the neighborhood where this cache is located in 2005.
At the time I had a pet Newt named Fig. Poor Fig was stuck living
in a very small aquarium that didn’t get cleaned as often as it
should. When we moved here and found this oasis for Fig so close to
our home, I could not help but make him happier by giving him a new
home as well. I often wonder what became of Fig after he got
dropped off here. Does he sun himself on the rocks? Does he search
for bugs in the grass? Or did he get picked up by a heron (okay,
let’s not think about that)? Either way, I am sure Fig enjoyed his
time here. And who knows, he may still be around! So, while you are
here, in my favorite spot in the area I call home; please keep an
eye out for Fig!
