Located at the Toddy Pond boat launch. According to one legend the pond was named by two men who were walking on the ice across the pond one winter day. One man had a bottle of rum and the other a bottle of molasses. One of the men took a sip of the rum and thought it tasted too strong. So they cut a hole in the ice, poured in the rum and molasses, drank their fill of the "Toddy" and thus named the pond.
Small black container, contains a log and various treasure. Watch out in the summer as this is a busy spot!
