This cache is located in a very small oasis in the midst of chaos. Coords are the average of a bunch of readings - accuracy is probably no better than 15 feet, hence the hint. Container is a camo'ed 35 mm film can. The cache is not on the ground, i.e., not a shrub grub. Traffic is very close, so please be careful, especially if children are with you.
