Marko Ramius: Based on a message received from the cache owner to this cache, I am archiving the listing to remove it from search pages and to allow for new caches in this area. If you would like to correct the issues for this cache, you can either create a new cache page or send me an e-mail with the GCxxxx code for this cache listing and I will consider un-archiving it based on the circumstances involved. But for the most part, once a cache has been archived for lack of maintenance by the cache owner, the proper process is to place a new cache in its place.
