Budynek wzniesiono około 1661 roku na rzucie prostokąta. Reprezentuje styl barkowy. Wybudowana z fundacji podchorążego bydgoskiego Marcina Umińskiego. Od frontu kaplicy znajduję się szczyt barokowy ze spływami rozetowymi i przerywanym tympanonem. Dach dwuspadowy z baniastym hełmem i latarnią. Elewacje ozdobione są pilastrami i gzymsem koronującym. Wnętrze nakryte jest sklepieniem kolebkowym. W nastawie ołtarza znajduje się ołtarz Ostatniej Wieczerzy z przełomu XVII/XVIII wieku, a w zwieńczeniu Adoracja Najświętszego Sakramentu.
Skrytka:
Na starcie zajrzyj do środka. Nad obrazem, w poziomie, znajdują się owalne czerwone elementy - policz je (X). W górnej części znajduje się mniejszy obraz, a po bokach znajdują się aniołki. Łączna ilość ich skrzydeł to Twoje Y. Skieruj się drogą na wschód, po swojej lewej stronie miniesz anioła w niebieskiej szacie. Potem udaj się w prawo na kordy finałowe.

The baroque building was built around 1661 on a rectangle plan. Founded by the Bydgoszcz ensign Marcin Umiński. A baroque gable wall with rosette ornaments and broken with tympanum can be seen from the front. Gable roof with a bulbous cupola. The roof and the tower were renovated in 2007. Elevations are ornamented with pilasters and a crowning cornice. The inside covered with a barrel vault. A painting of the Last Supper from the turn of the 17th and the 18th centuries is in the altarpiece and Adoration of the Holy Sacrament is in the finial.

Der Bau entstand um 1661 im Barockstil uber einem quadratischen Grundriss. Erbaut als Stiftung des Fahnrichs von Bydgoszcz, Marcin Umiński. Die Front der Kapelle besteht aus einem Barockgiebel mit Rosetten und einem geteiltem Tympanon. Satteldach mit welscher Haube. Das Dach und der Turm wurden 2007 restauriert. Die Wande aussen verziert mit Pilastern und einem sie bekroenenden Gesimse. Das Innere mit einem Tonnengewolbe, im Altaraufsatz befindet sich der Altar des letzten Abendmals bor der Wende des 17. Jh. und im Abschluss die Anbetung desl Hl. Sakraments.
