donbadabon: Made the slightly muddy walk out this afternoon to grab the container.
I forgot how well it blended in, and it took me a few minutes to spot it. I was starting to get worried.
The solution -
The upper/lower case, and the grouping into 5 characters was simply a distraction. It was simply ROT13.
Once that was decoded, it revealed Capital's throughout the world. The idea was to identify the cities/countries they were a Capital of, and then
using that information to determine the coords.
These Cities / Countries mapped to the geocaching.com ID's. Take a look at your profile, and click on the "List newest in" link. In the address
bar of your browser you will see a number. That number is associated with the State/County associated with your profile.
