Geocache Description:

BBQ party in greenery park

Party starts at 11:00 a.m. on Oct 13th (local time), and it continues until 3:00 p.m. Please come at convenient time.
Meeting point is in 50 meter (55yd) around these coordinates. A signboard is intelligibly hung up over the position.
Party Fee: 1,000 Yen (Free: 18 years old and under) (Park entrance fee is also needed, 400 Yen for adult, and 80 Yen for child)
Access by public transportation: Go to the Shinrin-koen station North exit of Tobu-Tojo line. Then take bus to the park at bus stop 1. Link to the bus time table (Japanese only) (visit link)

Please bring the following, when you participate.
* Foods and Drinks (Organizers prepare some food and drink. But bringing food and drink is highly appreciated)
* (If had) Travel Bugs / Geocoins (for exchange)
* (If you participate the Event 2) Camouflaged container
* Smile and Friendship

In case of rain, the event will be canceled. I will write note whether the event will be held or not until 7:00 a.m. on Oct. 13. Please check the cache page before leaving home.

Special Event Information
You don't need advanced participation notice for all events. You can select participate or not for all events.

Event 1: TB/GC exchange
Please bring TB and/or GC, and out them into the box at the party. Get the new TB and/or GC.

Event 2: Camouflaged Container Contest
If you want to participate the contest. Please bring the camouflaged container, and place it around the party area between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The signboard is prepared there. Please show the cache name, owner, coordinates.
The participants of the party search and score the container between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. And score the cache with point 1 through 5 (5 is the best). Most points getter win the prize.
You must fabricate (assemble, paint and so on) the container by yourself. Only the purchased container will not be allowed. It is allowed to purchase the material, but you shall process it.

Event 3: Wherigo Whack-a-Lackey
You don't need any special preparation. The organizer prepare Colorado installed the Wherigo cartridge "Whack-a-Lackey".
Please play it at the party. Most points getter win the prize.

バーベキューパーティーを2008年10月13日(月,祝)の11:00から15:00まで行います。ご都合の良い時間にいらしてください。
パーティーは座標で示した場所から半径50m以内です。ジオキャッシングのロゴを示したサインを目印にしてください。
参加費: 1,000円 (18歳以下無料) (それ以外に公園の入園料が400円(子供80円)必要です)
公共交通機関でのアクセス: 東武東上線の森林公園駅で下車し、北口に向かってください。駅の1番バス乗り場から森林公園南口行きのバスを利用してください。バスの時刻 (visit link)

下記のものを持参してください
* 食べ物、飲み物 (主催者でも若干準備しますが、持込を歓迎します)
* (お持ちの場合) トラベルバグ、ジオコイン (交換用)
* (イベント2参加希望の場合) カモフラージュしたコンテナ

雨天の場合は中止とします。決行/中止は当日の朝7:00までに、キャッシュページに記載しますので、家を出る前にご確認ください。

スペシャルイベント情報
いずれのイベントも事前の参加表明は不要です。また、いずれのイベントも自由参加で参加は強制ではありません。

イベント 1: TB/GC 交換
交換用のトラベルバグ、ジオコインを持ってきて、会場に準備した箱に入れてください。その後皆さんで分けてお持ちください。

イベント 2: カモフラージュコンテナコンテスト
参加希望の方は、カモフラージュしたコンテナをお持ちください。会場付近にコンテナを隠してください。スコアシートを会場に準備しますので、そこにキャッシュ名、オーナー名、座標を記入してください。(11:00～13:00)
パーティーの参加者は、キャッシュを探してください(13:00～14:00)。そして、5段階(良い場合5点)で得点をスコアシートに記入してください。もっとも、得点を獲得したコンテナのオーナーに賞品を差し上げます。
コンテナは必ず自作してください。購入したままのものは不可とします。材料を購入するのはOKですが、必ず組み立て塗装等の加工をしてください。

イベント3: Wherigo Whack-a-Lackey (もぐらたたき)
参加希望の方は、特に準備は不要です。主催者側で、Garmin ColoradoにWherigoのカートリッジ"Whack-a-Lackey"を入れたものを準備します。
会場で、このカートリッジを実行してください。もっとも、得点を獲得した方に賞品を差し上げます。
