This local establishment stays open year-round, offering frozen treats as well as hot food. However, the lobby is small and standing-only, so please dress for the weather conditions because we will be using the picnic tables outdoors. We will meet from 1:00 to 1:30pm. You do not have to stay for the entire time, but make your presence known if you want to claim the smiley.
