Come out for a geo-get-together from 4:00 until 7:00 (or so) for a beer with your geopeeps at Capital Ale House Midlothian! Cap Ale is known for their ales but of course there are other drinks, good sandwiches, and huge yummy pretzels, too. We will be PROBABLY be upstairs (unless Steve gets there first and decides we have to brave the back patio!); the bartenders will know where we are, and I will get the word out closer to the date after I talk to the folks at CAH. If you think you'll be there (but won't recognize us) contact me privately and I'll give you a cell number to be sure you can hook up. Please please don't be too shy to ask around for us -- the hostess stand should know, as well as the bartenders. Also, we might be fairly easy to pick out ... being geeky geocachers and all. There are always a couple people covered with briars and with bloody shins from walking through the woods AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! :-)
We're saying 4:00 to 7:00 to coincide with the drink specials, but as you know, CVGA is all about flexibility, so if you want to come at 2:00, that's still a smiley!
If you're new to the area, or new to geocaching, this is a GREAT event to come to! We're exceedingly friendly, a lot of us (not me) are really experts in all the electronics, and we all love to bring new folks into the fold!
Note to Newbies and Visitors: Don't be dissuaded by the small number of RSVPs on this event! Since it's monthly mostly people come without replying. There are always plenty of fun people here!
