Geocache Description:

Near Coyote Creek by a nice but well-hidden neighborhood park. Off the trail. It looks like lots of little people (read: kids) explore around here, so the cache is hidden well. Make sure you hide it at least as well as it was hidden (cover it in a similar fashion).

This cache is starting out as a Christmas-themed cache (filled with items to use for decorating, wrapping, stocking stuffing, or gift giving at Christmas time) and will gradually morph into a traditional cache. Please bring either something Christmas-related, a travel bug, and/or your signature item to trade.

The cache is hidden in a small container with a semi-airtight lid. The beginning contents are:

  • package of miniature Christmas bows
  • brand new egg of Silly Putty
  • unexposed roll of 400 speed film (in a canister! make a microcache!)
  • Crazy 8 card game
  • four AA batteries (for your GPS or a Christmas toy)
  • fold up reading glasses, 175 strength
  • black cherry votive candle
  • log book, pen and geocaching note in a baggie
