To know the missing numbers on the final stage, you need to enter Wolverine street from where the posted coordinates of stage 1. On the 4th house on the left side of the street has a mailbox with two numbers you need for the final stage.
The 1st house does face towards the other street but go ahead and count it as the 1st. This housing area was used for a filming location for a 2001 movie called, Daddy and Them.
