Cachen ligger lett tilgjengelig i starten av anleggsveien som går fra Kvitberg sør på Kvaløya til telemasta på Kvitbergfjellet. Herfra kan man også ta turen videre til Gråtind (871 moh), som er et fint turmål både sommer og vinter.
