This is a great hike in (should take about 30 minutes) to neat old windmill.
I'm saying this first, Big Flat is a Habitat Management Unit (HMU) and is used for hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities; therefore, BE SAFE AND OBEY ALL POSTED REGULATIONS AND BOUNDARIES.
Okay, this is a hard-to-get-to cache because it is fairly far from any town (Pasco is the closest large town) and there is a hike in through some thick vegetation.
