Hacking away on the Horse Highway
CITO 2022, Season 2
Attend a CITO from 1st September through to 30th November to grab a season 2 souvenir.
Parking: Off road parking is available at the given waypoint. Please note that this is NOT the main Robinswood Hill car park.
Where: We will meet at the given parking coordinates for 1000 and then will make our way to the headline coords which is the start of the Horsetrail soon after, if you are attending a little later then just follow the scrub devastation until you spot us.
What: We will be clearing back the horse trail from scrub and brambles.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance. We ask you to bring your own gloves and if you have them tools, so if you have shears, loppers and secateurs please do bring them along. Don't worry if you don't have them as the ranger will have a supply too.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
Please make sure you bring along your own refreshments as it can be thirsty work!
