Bridge theft, call the polis!!
According to our OS map there should be a viaduct here, so we
set out to see if it was picturesque enough to warrant a cache. But
it’s a crime scene – the bridge has been nicked!
I think it has been away for quite some time so there may not be
much in the way of evidence left. If you do find any clues call
Lothian and Borders Police!
The way we came here called for a small stream to be crossed.
Take care on the stones, or wear appropriate footwear – it’s not
that deep. There are some steep drops near the cache site so be
careful, but you don’t have to do anything silly to retrieve the
cache – other than slipping down muddy paths!
