This is a popular spot for cachers to meet up at. You will probably want to bring gloves and grabbers. I will provide garbage bags. This is a fairly small lot, so we should be able to spruce it up quickly. Come on out and get you CITO souvineer.
The name for the CITO came from my predessesor at the Lapeer DNR. Part of our duities were keeping the parking lots clean, which was a major job there. He became so frustrated, that he had bumper stickers made up that said "Oink If You Litter".
