This winter I went hunting for Marshall's Motherlode (GC71B64). I found this little green pill bottle labeled geocatch.com with a log sheet inside that a few other cachers had found. I added my name and logged my cache. Well, of course the container I found was not the correct container, so I went back again and made the correct find. I just couldn't leave this abandoned container though, so I went hunting for a new location for it. I suspect some would-be cache owner placed this in what was a great spot for a cache (in the cleft of a tree, where multiple trunks meet), but could not get it published as it was too close to Marshall's Motherlode. I hope this home will work for it. As compared to Marshall's Motherlode, this cache it a micro and only has room for the log sheet and the tiniest of items. I left the container uncamo'ed, just as I found it. It is on the grounds of Valour Community Centre, not on private property. Enjoy!
