Welcome to my parlor said the spider to the fly.
This is a piece of historic Ryan, OK. It used to be the funeral parlor and is now a studio workshop and museum of sorts. Be sure to check the front door to see if it's open. The proprietor is always ready for a visit if she's there.
Checked the sat map images of this one and noticed it shows up in front. The cache is in the back of the building. Use the hint. Sorry about that.
