This is Team Rubik's second contribution to the Geotalk XoE Cache series. The terrain has been rated high because elements of this cache were placed with the assistance of special equipment.
By all means try and solve the puzzle below, however it will be much easier if you complete (XoE) Toot-Toot Tour first. In fact, cachers who don't find the other first will most likely have their logs deleted. It is an expectation that the intention of this series of caches is respected.
The cache has been made deliberately difficult in keeping with the theme of this series. I have tried to avoid haystacking any waypoints, the challenge should be just in collecting the clues and trying to find the final cache.
Oh, and what's the special equipment? You will most likely need a ladder, about 2 metres should suffice. Can I lend you one? I'd love to, but I don't have one either.
If at any point you find yourself near a train line please keep a safe distance, no cache or waypoint clue is situated on the tracks.
