Situated in the heart of Ben Lomond, this trail will bring you back to two to four hundreds years ago. On the trail, you will discover many bracken-covered mounds of stone. These are ruins of houses, farm buildings and field-walls."

Colin Love:
Colin Love is a friend of us who died in Venezuela in February 2009. This cache is dedicate to him because it is the perfect location to remember someone that we loved so much. The location is superb and the view is outstanding, breathtaking even.
Colin Love was born in Glasgow in 1985. He loved traveling and he was always going someplace weather it was just up the mountains for an explore or overseas. He was living with his grandad in Maryhill near his mum home. He studied at Anniesland College then Strathclyde University where he studied French. Colin was a proud Scottish man who had a passion about people.
Colin was an amazing person and will be remembered forever. His smiles inspired many.
