Geocache Description:

This is the seventh in a new series called “cache to Eagle” which highlight Eagle Service Projects by the Boy Scouts of Marin Council. This is an easy hide, good for beginners. The Photo highlights the Eagle Project site and may or may not include the location of the actual cache, although it will be nearby.

This nice park (may charge a fee depending on time of day and how long you stay) has beautiful bay views and is a great spot to spend the day. Its best to follow the Redwood Trail (I think that is the name) from the parking area to get to the cache and see the project as you travel. People who try to come up from the restroom often don't find it.

Thanks to this Eagle project, you will now have 23 new trees to sit under, which will be well watered due to the new irrigation system installed by the Scouts. Scouting provides a tremendous number of service hours to the community!
