We will be providing plenty of chili- not too hot, but we'll have everything you need to make it as spicy as you like. We will also be providing hot beverages (coffee, tea and cocoa) as well as bowls, cups and utensils. Please state how many will be attending in your Will Attend log.

Chili Cook Off

Think you make a killer bowl of chili? This year we will be giving you a chance to show what you've got. Sign up by including "Sign me up for the chili cook off" in your will attend log, then bring a 2 to 3 quart crockpot of your chili to the event. Attendees will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite chili, and a fabulous prize will go to the winner.

The Mead Wildlife Area is 33,000 acres and holds around 50 geocaches. In addition, local geocachers have been busy hiding new caches that will be published the morning of the event. Just a few miles away is the WGA Geoart, with 192 caches. With all those caches, there will be something for everyone.

Cost is just $2.00 per bowl. If Chili is not your thing, we will have Hot Dogs for the the same price.

We will be serving Chili and Dogs from 11am to 2 pm (or until we run out).

We are asking participants to bring a dish to pass / share based on the first letter of their last name as follows:

- Last name A-H: chips, pretzels, and/or snacks
- Last name I-P: dessert or cookies
- Last name Q-Z: salad, fruit, and/or vegetables

This year we will be bringing back the traditional bonfire at our chili feed. Join us around the cheery fire to toast marshmallows, or just to socialize.

Short on time for the day or just ate? No purchase is needed to be a part of this event. We just want you to stop in and visit us!

Membership in the WGA is not required to attend but it is free, so sign up!

Everyone is welcome to join us for socializing.
