Now here is the hard part... It is located on the road to the outlook! It shouldn't be too hard though. The coords will take you to the spot that has the cache. When you find it, place it back in the same position and make sure you snap the 4 latches on the lid securely.
I have added a hint to help if you get totally stumped. Try not to use it. Hope this will continue to challenge the multitude of cachers in the area.
This is a second placement after the first cache under the lookout, disappeared.
Note: Terrain can be a bit tricky. No danger but use caution to avoid tripping.
Cache owner now lives in Omaha, Nebraska so can't check on it that often. I see that its gotten wet, could the next finder do some maintenance for me as it will be a while before I can get down there?
