A meet, greet and eat event at the Carlyle Hotel, Derwent Park, at 6.30pm
We’re organising this event to introduce you to Dave & Ann, aka Temingi, from Yeppoon in Queensland. They’ll be travelling around Tasmania from early October until early December in their motor home and, no doubt, will cut a swathe through our caches. Dave is a very enthusiastic cacher and thinks nothing of getting up in the middle of the night to drive hundreds of kilometres for a cache.
We met him in July 2011 whilst caching at Yeppoon. We did a few of his and he contacted us, invited us to his home where we met Ann, and entertained us with his caching adventures. He has over 4000 finds in a number of states and owns 59 caches.
Where did he get the name Temingi – well, that would be telling. His public profile pic will give you a clue!!
