Shaded Solitude Traditional Geocache

A great spot along the Overlook Trail on the southern part of the park. Hikers and horses share the path here. This is a fun spot at the top of a small hill with the lone large tree surrounded by smaller ones, giving the perfect spot to duck away for some solitude. Fall and Winter could provide a view of the lake.

Hidden along the trailside on the southern part of High Cliff State Park. This is one of several new caches along the Overlook Trail for the 2015 Wisconsin Geocaching Association's Campout.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Cynthia Mueller park manager of High Cliff State Park. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.
