ABOUT THE CHURCH
This impressive flint and stone church was built in 1840 at a cost of £3,500. It was designed by Sir Henry Roberts in the style of a 12th century Norman church. The flying buttresses and the angels at the four corners were added by Teulon. It was deconsecrated in 1969 and is probably the only church known to house a full size squash court!
The church stands in the grounds of The Elvetham Hotel but access is via the public footpath to the east on Home Farm Road (see additional way-point).
