This cache is located about 100ft downhill from the road.
The cache can be driven to if the road is open.
The Ekidokai cache can be accessed off the Stud Mill Rd where it intersects with the Horseback Rd. A route through Milford along the County Rd will bring you to the Stud Mill Rd. You can drive very close to it with almost any vehicle.
Since Ekidokai has placed caches out here for everyone else, I thought I'd place one for him so he could keep us company. 
Maintenance will be required on many of his caches so I have added some items to help him keep them going....pipe cleaners and duct tape. 
The cache is an ammo can so it's a little different from his. I have had two caches come up missing here so I hope this one will last longer. It is NOT winter accessible. It is a Delorme Unique area and qualifies for that challenge.
A little info about the area:
The Horseback is part of the same esker system as the Whaleback which is prominent along Rt. 9. It is part of the Unique Natural Areas which may be used for the Delorme Challenge regarding these areas. The views of the surrounding swamp are pleasant in many of the areas where the trees are not obscuring the line of sight. Enjoy and good luck. Thought I'd add a note that the pit at the intersection has been posted restricting the shooting of firearms.
