Not really sure how hard this will be, so we may adjust the difficulty rating as needed. But until we do, here it is. The 5th 3.5/1 cache in the state of Nebraska. If you're like us, getting this combination to fulfill the requirements for the Nebraska's Well-Rounded Cacher (Fizzy Challenge) cache (GC1VNJN) set us back for a while.
