IgnotusPeverell: Greetings. I'm IgnotusPeverell, one of the volunteer reviewers for geocaches submitted to Geocaching.com.

I can't find any recent responses from littlefischers about maintaining this cache which makes it appear they are either unwilling or unable to maintain this geocache. Cache maintenance includes: replacing broken or missing containers, replacing full or wet logs, updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing the needs maintenance attributes, enabling the listing, and more. Check out all of a geocache owner's responsibilities here. This cache is being archived, and removed from the active cache listings.

Geocache Description:

This is a 5 step multicache located on the road going west out of Silver City, NM.

This cache is located on the west side of Silver City, NM. This is a four leg multi-cache. The first coordinates will guide you to a copper engraved tag with the coordinates of the next step written on it. Each set of new coordinates will lead you to a new tag. All locations are public excess. The tags are at waist height or higher. The cache itself is located on property being developed as an open space park. One of the steps is on the James Stadium property (now home to the Police Academy) of Western New Mexico University; and can be accessed at any time through a pedestrian entrance to the right of the gate for cars. The steps in the cache are all near to Highway 180 and can be accessed fairly easily. Don’t attempt to climb any steep embankments; there are multiple ways to walk around any steep areas. My five-year old daughter walked the course with me to place the four tags and the cache. The five stops on this cache will turn you around a bit, hence the name. The cache is in an ammo can, hidden in a swallow niche of bedrock with a capstone.
