While visiting this nice city for the weekend, I had a heck of a time trying to obtain a fishing permit. In 2009, the state of Georgia changed the procedure so now it all has to be on-line, which greatly reduces the number of businesses from which you may now obtain one. After getting mine, and driving back to the river, I had the thought that Helen can accommodate a few more caches. So, I turned around and obtained permission and had a cache in place soon thereafter. Since my swag was back at home, I stocked the cache appropriately with fishing goodies. Keeping with the theme would be nice, but not a requirement.
