Looks like it's right on the side of the highway. Doesn't it? A water filled ditch, an uphill climb through thorns, and a fence are just three of the obstacles that await anyone foolish enough to try that approach.(not to mention you might get a ticket) So just park at the suggested coordinates and enjoy the nice long hike through the forest. Total hike is about 2.2 miles round trip. This is a looping trail with some minor hills and valleys along the way. One trailhead starts near the ranger station and the other one starts 300ft NW of recommended parking. The cache is started out with the usual toys and trinkets and it is decorated to fit in with it's surroundings.
