This place was described to me by my friend HSC and what this place is all about. This is not a bad place but a place of rescue for lost dogs.
The cache is not on or in the jail but a short ways away. This is how I was told lost dogs are found by their owners.
I love this world and what it does to protect those that can not protect themselfs.
