Mitchell Nature Preserve CITO: Northern Trailhead Cache In Trash Out Event

Are you interested in participating in a CITO "two-fer" on Saturday, August 20? If so, please plan to attend the companion CITO being held earlier in the day on other side of Spring Creek. Once having done your civic duty there, simply drive to the parking area that is located adjacent to Flintridge Dr and join-in for another CITO on the north side of this large preserve. Parking coordinates are those listed above on this cache page.

Attend this event at the NORTH trailhead of the George P. Mitchell Nature Preserve; meet/greet some fellow geocachers, pick up some trash along the nearby trails and parking lot and earn the 2016 International Geocaching Day Souvenir . Also, starting on July 20, you can also enter the HQ Duck Race, a travel bug race that ends on August 20; the date of this event.

WHEN: Saturday, August 20th from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Be sure to sign the log book.

WHERE: At the listed coordinates at the north side trailhead parking lot for the George P. Mitchell Nature Preserve

WHAT TO BRING: Yourself and plenty of water and insect repellant. Trash bags will be provided.
